Jung Hae In to sing for “Love Next Door” OST
Moon So Ri will be joining the cast of the upcoming second season of Hellbound.
It was officially confirmed on November 8 that Moon So Ri will be one of the special cameos in the Netflix original K-drama Hellbound Season 2. Moon So Ri's agency CJES Entertainment also confirmed the reports. Although her special appearance is confirmed, there is no confirmation of the character that will be portrayed by Moon So Ri.
This will be the third upcoming K-drama of Moon So Ri for 2024.
Moon So Ri is set to join the upcoming series You Have Done Well as the middle-aged version of IU's character. She will also join the MBC K-drama Jeong Nyeon together with Kim Tae Ri, Shin Ye Eun, Jung Eun Chae, Hyun Seung Hee, Jung Lael, and Ra Mi Ran.
This year, Moon So Ri took part in the Disney+ original K-drama Race and the Netflix original K-drama Queenmaker.
This will be Moon So Ri's fifth project with Netflix. The actress has starred in the Netflix original works Queenmaker, The School Nurse Files, Seoul Vibe, and the upcoming K-drama You Have Done Well.
Hellbound Season 2 will be led by Kim Hyun Joo, Kim Sung Cheol, Kim Shin Rok, Yang Dong Geun, Yang Ik Jun, and Lee Re.
It will continue the story of the supernatural phenomena that occur in random people who are sentenced to hell. The story will be adapted to the webcomic of the same name written by Yeon Sang Ho and illustrated by Choi Kyu Seok.
The new season will also showcase what happened to Kim Shin Rok's character which shocked everyone in the first season.
Hellbound was first released in 2021 and it immediately dominated the Netflix charts all over the world. The series became a global hit just like Squid Game.
The new season already concluded filming last October. According to reports, Hellbound Season 2 will premiere in 2024.
