"Officer Black Belt" Ranks No. 1 on Netflix's Top 10 Chart in Non-English Category
Netflix's new K-drama As You Stood By (working title) casts Jeon So Nee, Lee You Mi, Jang Seung Jo, and Lee Moo Saeng in lead roles. 
The K-drama tells the story of two women who, confronted with an inescapable reality where one must kill or be killed, decide to commit murder but find themselves entangled in an unexpected event.
Jeon So Nee plays Eun Soo, an employee at a department store's luxury items section. Eun Soo is a character who lives carrying the pain of a trauma from her childhood. She decides to save her friend Hee Soo, who is experiencing a similar kind of pain.
Lee You Mi takes on the role of Hee Soo. Hee Soo was once a promising children's book writer, but after enduring hellish violence at the hands of her husband, she joins Eun Soo in carrying out a plan to kill him.
Jang Seung Jo will play Jin Pyo, Hee Soo's husband, who threatens the two women.
Lee Moo Saeng will play Jin So Baek, the CEO of Jin Kang Trading Company, and Eun Soo and Hee Soo's dependable ally.
The K-drama will be directed by Revenant director Lee Jung Rim.
It is based on Hideo Okuda's novel "Naomi and Kanako", which received immense acclaim for its suspense-filled story that adeptly captures the tension of its protagonists standing up against violence. Based on this novel and bolstered by a talented cast and solid production team, As You Stood By promises to be a work that not only rescues those trapped in a hellish reality but also poses heavy questions to all who have turned a blind eye to such violence.
