"Love Next Door" Enters Final Week with a Rise in Ratings
The Netflix series The Frog has set its release date for August 23 and unveiled its first teaser.
The Frog is a suspense thriller that tells the story of people whose peaceful lives are upended due to a mysterious guest who arrives in the middle of summer.
The teaser begins with showing Yoo Seong Ha (Go Min Si) visiting Jeon Young Ha's (Kim Yoon Seok) pension in the woods. The title cards read, "One peaceful day, an unwelcome guest arrived."
Jeon Young Ha is puzzled by how unusually clean Yoo Seong Ha left her place as he asks someone, "Have you ever had a guest who cleaned up after themselves?". But he discovers bloodstains, piquing intrigue.
The teaser then shows Yoo Seong Ha in a frenzy, hitting people, and throwing and smashing things.
We also see Goo Sang Joon (Yoon Kye Sang) and Yoon Bo Min (Lee Jung Eun), shocked by something they see.
Towards the end, the narrator says, "A giant tree fell in a forest... and no one was around to hear it. Did it still make a sound?".
