Park Eun Bin will star in a new legal drama!
According to several reports on July 9th, Park Eun Bin was chosen as the main lead for the upcoming drama "Weird Lawyer, Woo Young Woo." The drama will be a collaboration between director Yoo In Shik and writer Moon Ji Won.
Park Eun Bin's agency Namoo Actors confirmed the reports stating that the actress received the script for the drama. But they also reiterated that Park Eun Bin is still reviewing the casting offer for "Weird Lawyer, Woo Young Woo" and nothing has been confirmed yet.
"Weird Lawyer, Woo Young Woo" will narrate the journey of a 27 year old woman named Woo Young Woo. She has an autism spectrum disorder and landed a job as a lawyer in a large law firm. Anticipation arises as to how Park Eun Bi will express the Asperger's syndrome with her acting.
Park Eun Bin was given the offer to play the role of Woo Young Woo. She's a person with a neurodevelopmental disorder called Asperger syndrome. She has a high IQ and graduated as a top student at Seoul National University's School of Economics and Seoul National University's Graduate School of Law. The only weakness she has is that she has low EQ and lack of sociality.
The upcoming drama will air on SBS. They are currently in the process of organizing the whole production.
Park Eun Bi was last seen in the 2020 drama "Do You Like Brahms?" with Kim Min Jae, Park Ji Hyun, and Kim Sung Chul. The actress will star in her first project for 2021 through the drama "Affection." She will be working with SF9's Ro Woon, Nam Yoon Su, Bae Yoon Kyung, VICTON's Choi Byung Chan, and Lee Pil Mo.
She will also take part in the upcoming action-suspense movie "The Witch: Part 2. The Other One" with Kim Da Mi, Jin Goo, Jo Min Soo, and more.
