Gyeongseong Creature Season 2 gives more details about the K-drama's characters.

Gyeongseong Creature Season 2 follows Ho Jae (Park Seo Joon), who bears a striking resemblance to Tae SangChae Ok (Han So Hee), who survived the spring of Gyeongseong, as they unravel the ties of fate, relationships and malevolence connected to Gyeongseong.

Ho Jae, the deputy director of Bukang Company, a private agency that handles any job for money, goes undercover at a scene to carry out a request but ends up witnessing a mysterious murder. He becomes the prime suspect and then pursues Chae Ok, the person he encountered at the crime scene, in order to clear his name.

Chae Ok, who has been living as neither human nor monster since swallowing the Najin, works under the alias "Silver Swallow" to locate missing people. While working, she comes across Ho Jae, who looks eerily like Tae Sang, at the crime scene.

Though momentarily confused, Chae Ok soon realizes that non-human entities are involved in the case and struggles to uncover the truth. From their initial encounter to the tense scenes where Chae Ok is captured by someone and Ho Jae is injured, the stills suggest that their journey toward the truth will not be smooth.

Jeonseung Pharmaceuticals, which looks like an ordinary organization, conducts secret experiments underground, just like the Ongseong Hospital from the dark era of Gyeongseong, which used the Najin for sinister experiments in the past. Leading the secret operations for Jeonseung Pharmaceuticals is Captain Kuroko (Lee Moo Saeng), known for his ruthlessness

Among the Kurokos, Seung Jo (Bae Hyeon Seong) uses tentacles ruthlessly to attack people.

The still where Seung Jo confronts Chae Ok captures the palpable tension between them as they instantly realize they are similar to each other.

Gyeonseong Creature Season 2 will be released on September 27, only on Netflix.
