It has only been 16 days since its release, and the movie Dream has already exceeded one million viewers.
According to sources, on April 11, Dream surpassed one million cumulative viewers. As of April 10, the total number of viewers was 9,971,125. Moreover, the movie also topped the box office on its premiere date.
Helmed by Lee Byung Hun (also the director of the hit comedy film Extreme Job), and based on the true story of South Korea's first appearance in the 2010 Homeless World Cup held in Brazil, Dream is a story about a soccer team of novice players competing in an annual international soccer event of the Homeless World Cup. And leading the team is Yoon Hong Dae (Park Seo Joon) - a professional soccer player appointed as the team's coach on disciplinary probation after causing trouble in an unexpected incident.
Co-staring with Park Seo Joon in the comedy movie is the Music Queen of South Korea IU. She is seen as Lee So Min - an aspiring producing director who wants to take a quantum leap in her career by making a documentary about Hong Dae’s team. Other cast members include Kim Jong Soo, Ko Chang Seok, Jung Seung Kil, and Lee Hyun Woo.
