The TVING original K-drama Death's Game dropped its first teaser.
Death's Game is the story of Choi Yi Jae (Seo In Guk), who goes through the cycle of life and death 12 times as a punishment from the immortal being Death (Park So Dam) after he tries to take his own life.
What makes the drama even more exciting is the starstudded appearances of famous actors such as Seo In Guk, Park So Dam, Kim Ji Hoon, Choi Si Won, Sung Hoon, Kim Kang Hoon, Jang Seung Jo, Lee Jae Wook, Lee Do Hyun, Go Youn Jung, Kim Jae Wook, and Oh Jung Se.
The first teaser gives a glimpse of the punishment Choi Yi Jae will receive if he fails at the game Death challenged him with.
The teaser commences by showing a picture of hell. The harrowing screams of people climbing on a cliff and the dark red waves create an eerie atmosphere. On the top of a cliff, Choi Yi Jae and Death stand.
Death says, "Choi Yi Jae, you will die 12 times." Choi Yi Jae, with tears flowing from his eyes, stands perplexed and shocked.
In the future, Choi Yi Jae's soul enters 12 different bodies, and no matter what body he wakes up in, he faces death.
Death challenges Choi Yi Jae, saying, "If you don't want to go to hell, try to survive," implying that after 12 deaths, lies hell. Curiosity piques about whether Choi Yi Jae can win the game.
The first teaser also gave a glimpse of the K-drama's star-studded cast. Their appearances at different places, such as the club, the cathedral, the school, and the police station, tease viewers about their stories.
