Oh Yeon Ah portrays the shaman Choi Man Wol in the SBS Friday-Saturday drama Revenant (written by Kim Eun Hee and directed by Lee Jung Rim). In a previous episode, Choi Man Wol shocked everyone by coldly slashing a child who reached out for food to create a revenant, followed by an unsettling smile. In the 7th episode, the tension escalated further as the past between Choi Man Wol and Yeom Hae Sang (played by Oh Jung Se) was revealed.

In the latest episode, Choi Man Wol appeared in an insane state, attacking the detectives who came to arrest her. Trapped in a detention room after a struggle, she suddenly heard knocking sounds and quickly created a sense of fear with her eyes filled with dread as she screamed desperately, instantly creating a sense of horror. Later, her trembling and manipulated state left everyone breathless when the door opened.

In the past, at the request of Na Byung Hee (played by Kim Hae Sook), who intended to use the revenant, Choi Man Wol sacrificed the innocent Lee Mok Dan (played by Park So Yi) to enshrine the soul of the deceased child as a deity. From reciting incantations while listening to the child's cries to calmly letting Yeom Hae Sang's grandparents in after killing the child, Choi Man Wol exuded an eerie presence without a hint of guilt, intensifying the spine-chilling atmosphere.

Oh Yeon Ah captivated viewers with her overwhelming presence from her first appearance, instantly raising the immersion level of the drama. Most notably, she fully immersed herself in the character, enhancing the eerie atmosphere with her haunting gaze and speech, leaving everyone frozen in fear.

Meanwhile, Revenant airs every Friday and Saturday at 10 PM.
