Actress Kim Mi Soo has passed away.

On January 5th, media outlet SpoTV reported that actress Kim Mi Soo has passed away at the age of 31.

The actress' agency Landscape Entertainment confirmed the reports through a statement.

Kim Mi Soo suddenly passed away on January 5th.
The bereaved family is currently heartbroken by the sudden mournful news.

The agency also stated that Kim Mi Soo's wake will be held on the fifth floor of the Taeneung Sungsim Funeral Service. The actress' funeral will be held in private.

Kim Mi Soo was born in 1992. She graduated from the Korea National University of Arts and majored in acting. She made her debut in the 2019 movie "Memories." The actress has been active in the industry by starring in several dramas such as "Hi Bye, Mama!," "Into the Ring," "The School Nurse Files," "Yumi's Cells," and "Hellbound." The actress was recently cast in the upcoming Disney+ series "Sixth Sense Kiss," but the filming was halted due to the sudden tragic news.

The actress' last full project before she passed away is the ongoing JTBC drama "Snowdrop" with Jung Hae In, BLACKPINK's Kim Ji Soo, Jang Seung Jo, Yoo In Na, Kim Hye Yoon, Yoon Se Ah, and more. She played the character named Yeo Jeong Min, one of the friends of Young Ro (Kim Ji Soo's character.)
