The buzz is alive as entertainment streaming giant Disney+ unveils cinematic edition posters for The Worst of Evil, featuring Ji Chang Wook, Wi Ha Joon, Im Se Mi, and BIBI.
Ji Chang Wook's commanding presence shines through. In this upcoming drama, he takes on the role of the cunning police officer Park Joon Mo, who infiltrates the notorious gang Gangnam Union to gain the trust of its leader Ki Chul (Wi Ha Joon) and execute a risky operation. The actor is expected to showcase his versatility, breathing life into the dynamic character.
Director Han Dong Wook expresses his confidence in Ji Chang Wook, saying, "In the realm of the undercover genre, I believe Ji Chang Wook will be remembered as one of the best actors".
Wi Ha Joon is cast as Jung Ki Chul, the boss of Gangnam Union, who stops at nothing for success. In the role of a gang leader, the actor is expected to lead the drama as the central figure of all happenings.
Elite police officer Yoo Eui Jung (Im Se Mi) shares a connection with both Joon Mo (as his wife) and Ki Chul (as his first love). Her role as a determined officer aiming for a successful operation and the central figure in Joon Mo and Ki Chul's relationship promises to steer the plot with thrill and unprecedented twists.
Lastly, Kim Hyeong Seo (BIBI), who takes on the role of a drug distributor, Hae Ryeon, adds to the intrigue as events unfold after she comes to Korea in pursuit of a deal with Ki Chul and later encounters Joon Mo.
