TVING's "Pyramid Game" Announces its Official Cast Lineup!

Upcoming TVING original K-drama Pyramid Game revealed its official cast. 

On May 31, TVING shared that aside from WJSN's Bona, the upcoming K-drama will also be led by Jang Da Ah, Ryu Da In, Kang Na Eon, Jung Ha Dam, Shin Seul Ki, and Ha Yul Ri. 

Pyramid Game will showcase the happenings at Sarang High School, wherein every month the students are ranked by a popularity vote. The result will be their social hierarchy in school. If a student receives an F grade, she will be the victim of school violence. It will base its story on the webtoon of the same name by Dalgonyak.

The seven confirmed casts will play the roles of victims, perpetrators, bystanders, and more in school. 

The upcoming K-drama will be directed by Park So Yeon and written by Choi Soo I. 

The production team of the K-drama shared, "We've been working on this project to draw attention to reality by looking into how and why school violence has become part of daily life and why it just continues to get more serious. Please look forward to how high school girls will experience friendship, justice, and hope in the presence of school violence."

Pyramid Game will premiere in 2024 and it will exclusively air on TVING.

Bona (Kim Ji Yeon) will play the role of Sung Soo Ji. As soon as she transferred, she already became a victim of school violence. Because of her as well, the rebellion against the system will begin. 

Jang Da Ah will play the role of Bae Ha Rin. She is known for being the only one who gets an A grade in the voting. Although she seems friendly, her true colors will show in the latter.  

There are no details yet about the characters of other confirmed casts. 

Pyramid Game will have a total of 10 episodes.
