Upcoming drama "Melancholia" announces its cast line-up!

Upcoming drama "Melancholia" releases cast their line-up. 

Upcoming tvN series titled "Melancholia" is set to be led by Im Soo Jung and Lee Do Hyun and it will air in the second half of the year.

Meanwhile, other cast members include Jin Kyung, Choi Dae Hoon, Jang Hyun Sung, Byun Jung Soo, Kim Ho Jin, Baek Ji Won and Woo Da Vi. 

"Melancholia" will be helmed by Kim Sang Hyub and written by Kim Ji Woon. The upcoming drama will narrate the story of a math teacher and a genius student. Is is set on a private school that has preferential treatment. 

Im Soo Jung will play the role of a passionate high school math teacher named Ji Yoon Soo. Lee Do Hyun will play the role of Baek Seung Yoo, a student in Ahsung High School who's a math genius but ranks the lowest in class. 

Jin Kyung will play the role of No Jung Ah, the affairs director of Ahsung High School. 

Choi Dae Hoon will play as Im Soo Jung's fiance named Ryu Sung Jae. He is the policy officer of Education. 

Jang Hyun Sung will play the role of the National Assemblyman and also a parent at Ahsung High School named Sung Min Jun. 

Byeon Jung Soo will play the role of Yoo Hye Mi. She's a top actress and also the wife of National Assemblyman, Sung Min Jun.

Kim Ho Jin and Baek Ji Won will play as Lee Do Hyun's parents. Kim Ho Jin is a psychiatrist who always boasts about his genius son whileBaek Ji Won always worries about his son ranking last in school. 

Lastly, Woo Da Vi will play the role of Sung Ae Rin, the number one student at Ahsung High School. She is the daughter of the National Assemblyman and the top actress. 

"Melancholia" will have a total of 16 episodes and it will reportedly air around October.
