Another drama project is offered to rising star Wi Ha Joon!

According to several reports on October 19th Wi Ha Joon will be the male lead for the upcoming drama "Little Women." He will be joining the reported female leads Kim Go Eun and Nam Ji Hyun

Wi Ha Joon's side responded to the drama casting. His agency MSTeam Entertainment stated that the actor did receive the offer to lead the drama and he is currently reviewing it. 

"Little Women" will tell the story of three sisters who were not blessed with wealth but have great relationships and friendships against the powerful family in Korea. The drama will be the collaboration work of  director Kim Hee Won ("Vincenzo" and "Money Flower") and writer Jung Seo Kyung ("The Handmaiden" and "Mother".)

Kim Go Eun and Nam Ji Hyun received the offer to play as the sisters. Meanwhile, Wi Ha Joon's character is not revealed yet. 

The upcoming drama is set to begin its filming later this year. "Little Women" will air in the first half of 2022.

Wi Ha Joon became one of the most talked about actors in 2021. He became more known after starring in the hit Netflix original series "Squid Game" with Lee Jung Jae, Park Hae Soo, Jung Ho Yeon, Anupam Tripathi, and Oh Young Soo. He was also part of the 2021 movies "Shark: The Beginning" and "Midnight."

The actor is set to star in another drama this year with "Bad and Crazy." He will be working with Lee Dong Wook, Han Ji Eun, and VIXX N.

For next year, the actor will reportedly join the upcoming romance melodrama "Que Sera, Sera" as the main lead. He will be working with Jeon So Nee.
