Jang So Yeon is confirmed to star alongside Wi Ha Joon and Jung Ryeo Won in a new K-drama
Yoon Gyung Ho will be added to the cast of The Worst of Evil.
On September 25, it was officially confirmed that Yoon Gyung Ho would be joining Ji Chang Wook, Wi Ha Joon, Im Se Mi, Im Sung Jae, BIBI, and Geum Kwang San in the upcoming Disney+ original K-drama The Worst of Evil.
This will be his first K-drama for the year. He last starred in the 2022 K-drama Cleaning Up with Yeom Jung Ah, Jeon So Min, Kim Jae Hwa, Lee Moo Saeng, Na In Woo, and Jang Shin Young.
In 2023, Yoon Gyung Ho was busy with several films. He appeared in the movies Kill Bok Soon and Smugglers. He will also star in the soon-to-premiere film Love Reset with Kang Ha Neul, Jung So Min, Hwang Se In, Kim Sun Young, and Jo Min Soo.
After The Worst of Evil, Yoon Gyung Ho will also participate in the upcoming Netflix original K-drama The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call with Ju Ji Hoon, Choo Young Woo, Ha Young, and Jeong Jae Kwang.
Yoon Gyung Ho is known for being part of works such as Green Mothers' Club, All of Us Are Dead, Awaken, Itaewon Class, Goblin, Alienoid 1, Kingmaker, Honest Candidate, and more.
The Worst of Evil is a crime-action K-drama that revolves around a police officer named Jun Mo (played by Ji Chang Wook). He got assigned to sneak into the drug trafficking organization only to find out that his detective wife also volunteered to participate in the dangerous mission.
The upcoming K-drama will be directed by Park Geun Beom (Intruder) and Han Dong Wook (Man in Love) and written by Jang Min Seok (Local Hero and Secret Reunion).
Yoon Gyung Ho will play the role of Hwang Min Gu, a detective from the violence division at the Gangnam Police Station. He will investigate the drug case centered in Gangnam.
The Worst of Evil will premiere on September 27. It will have a total of 12 episodes.
