If I remember correctly, FL and ML are neighbours. I think ML from wealthy family and FL is orphan where her mother has died. They went to the same highscool and same university. ML is smart person. ML mother want him to continued study in America with his childhood friend (second FL) but he didn't want to go. I forgot ml and fl being lover during high school or campus. But, fl being a doctor during the end of drama and she became so sad because she think that ML is died in airplane crash but he is not died and lastly they meet at hospital. I think ML acted as FL patient. I hope anyone can help me?.
