This is not the place to ask this question. But I'll answer. 

You first have to check if he is already in the database. If he really is not, you can add him through this link https://mydramalist.com/add/person/details (you can only do it through the desktop version of the site though, so you can use your laptop or pc). Make sure you introduce all the details correctly. If there is missing information, just don't add anything in that box. Once you are done, you can submit. 

If you think it's too complicated, you can always ask someone on the feeds for help or to submit it in your place. 

Also, next time you have a question unrelated to articles, please submit it to the right forum thread or in the feeds. ^~^
