I think so, I'm not sure though. On the other hand, I'd read that both Deok Im's and Jeongjo's deaths were considered suspicious, but it's all speculation.

The calligraphy master they use for the drama explained this scene in ep 4 where he, flustered, misspelled the character for "love"

Oh this is interesting, thank you! There's a comment talking about their analysis of how she interacts with water in the drama. This is one of those dramas I want to research like a project :)

Love the way it’s expressed. This is exactly why Seyoung and Junho are doing great in this show. They each portray their characters station in life perfectly and show the viewers and each other their feelings subtly through their faces.
