Context: She was deceived by his mother, who pretended to have a terminal illness, just to make her break up with her son. She tries to give him back a special bracelet that he got for her to signified their relationship, but he was so hurt that he slaps it away and it landed next to a storm drain.

The moment he leaves she rushes to get the bracelet and we all know what happens next.

10/10 - Thanks Minchane...He looks like he took the breakup really hard, it makes me feel sad for him. Never seen this drama tho, but I'll try an episode and see how I feel about it.
