ColourMePurple:

Thanks for confirming the festival Prompt.

I was looking into Mei Lin 's name's meaning and there are multiple translations. So Mei can be translated to Rose.

https://www.behindthename.com/name/meilin/submitted

Another website gives the translation of MeiLin as beautiful rose or plum blossom among others. Plum blossom is said to be resilient so it would make sense if her character was named after it.

I will keep watching and hopefully we find a strong case for her name's meaning.

I want it to explain her name soon ;) but the possibility of it meaning ‘plum blossom’ is quite high, since we have what seems to be plum trees on the cover and in the opening of the drama. I’m looking forward to the confirmation, then the flour leaf clover will be complete, and we’ll be happy because this leaf flower is the hardest to fulfill.

It sure is!

Now that was my outburst… she changed her name to Miss Hua.

Oh My Gosh! We have our Four Leaf Clover!

By the way, this show can also be used normally in a block as well as a Leap Flower, right?

Hello everyone,

Little question regarding the spot the insect on plants (prompt 23), butterflies and others stuff from prompt 24 (spot supporting characters). ==> Does it need to be "moving"/"alive" ?

- For example for the butterflies: I have seen a TV show that features a gigantic butterfly (kind of a statue / art piece) as central component of one of the performance/song ==> Does it count ? (Or is it better to stick to moving / alive butterflies : like in The Sound of Magic, there are a lot of flying butterflies everywhere, but those are kind of magically created. I assume that it counts ?)

-Other example that comes to mind: if you saw on a painting, an art mural, or clothes : painted flowers, embroidery with insects...Can you use this on a prompt where you are asked to spot it ? Or not ?

It is just some overthinking on my side but would appreciate your thoughts on this :D Thanks !!!

I think "non-alive" butterflies/insects (whether in a painting or an embroidery etc) should count as the prompt doesn't mention anything about them being alive or real. I vaguely remember someone asking if the animated butterflies in a drama's intro/ending song counted and the answer was 'yes'. So, these too should count. However, the "insect on a plant" prompt probably needs both the insect and the plant to be alive and real. I hope someone else can confirm.

Thanks for taking the time to answer and share your thoughts with me bitcoolKat :-D

1. Considering that the team said that they are flexible with the prompts like it can be a fake or metallic flower in hair and a bug can be like a tracking bug or a listening device, I believe they might accept art of insects on plants and sculptures of insects on a fake plant. So you can use your judgement on that. But it has to be seen on a plant rather than just flying around or near it in order to fit the prompt.

2. As bitcoolKat mentioned, I had asked about an animated bee appearing in a theme song and if counts and  can confirm the answer was a yes. So feel free to use art containing images of insects or patterns on dresses of insects for the spot prompt. The butterflies or bees, etc don't have to be real.

Hi ColourMePurple :-)

Really appreciate you getting back to me with your thoughts and insights on this ^^, make sense to me. Many thanks :)

You're welcome. :)

If anyone has been watching Love Game in Eastern Fantasy, could you tell me if you've spotted any butterflies, or fireflies in the show? There is a grasshopper but I am looking for the other two. Or what category you've thought to use it in?

Thanks!
