[History] Japanese Dramas and Films

I haven't seen an Japanese historical drama/film but I am interested in some can someone please recommend me some really good ones to watch.

What kind of drama are you looking for?

Mostly accurate? Including Fantasy? Action? Romance? Politics? Which Era?

tbh I haven't watched that many myself yet but yeah, it depends on what you're looking for.

I'd totally recommend Tenno no Ryoriban no matter what you're looking for, it's heartwarming, the acting is amazing and it's based on a true story.

If you like fantasy and action  I'd suggest Rurouni Kenshin and Seirei no moribito.

Nobunaga Concerto was fun to watch... let me know if you've found one that you enjoy! :D
