Ohh yay!! :D

I didn't like his character either in that sense but I completely get what you mean. It is a strong and well written character, as in you understand why he's the way he is and Ryo plays the part so perfect it's believable. The acting is one of the strongest points in this drama, that and the relationships between them all. Last Friends is one of those dramas that just really stood out to me, I hope in the end you like it! (:

I agree, I knew right from the beginning of the first episode that this was a drama I would love. I could just tell from her opening monologue and the opening credits. OMG! The opening credits and song are amazing. I could watch it on repeat. The more I watch, the more I can appreciate each word that was "assigned" to a character in the credits. I say this having only just gotten to the end of episode 2, but still, I feel the reasons will unfold even more. They have already started to. :)

That was the same for me! It's not your average drama and I finished it within 2 days, it hooked me that much! It's realistic, and that's the part that I loved the most about it. The friendships, everything. And I love the opening credits! "Prisoner of Love" is still an all time favorite of mine. I love the instrumental of it, too! And ohh by the time I reached episode 3 I knew this would become a favorite of mine. And the reasons definitely do! (:

Is it by Utada Hikaru? It sounds like her voice. It's definitely going on my list of favorite OST's.

Yes. I love her tough attitude, but also her strong love for her friends.

Yepp! (: I actually found the song a long time ago when I first got into Utada. I remember I watched the first episode of Last Friends, too, but then I wasn't able to watch dramas and forgot about it until I watched it (:

opps!!! let me elaborate the script win first then it turn into drama..
It's the same with Ninkyo Helper and Bara no Hanaiya..
It was like a yearly competition for scriptwriters...And not all winner script was made into drama or movie..
