Not really.  But I'm going grocery shopping tomorrow, so hopefully something will leap out at me.

Yep.  I settled for a baked potato tonight.  It turned really good, very fluffy, so I think I've learned a new way to cook them.  I do love potatoes.  Tater Tots, curly fries, mashed potatoes, hash browns ... I like potatoes!

I love potatoes as well. I remember living in Colombia when I was a teenager and I went to the club on the weekends, there was a kiosk next to the tennis fields where they sell potatoes on the grill with a lot of butter ????. 

Another recipe that I make is a baked dish with slices of potatoes, ground beef and cheese

LOL!  That's right.  And half of that 1% is fighting the dogs for the arm chair.  I have the biggest butt, so I should have the biggest part of this chair, darn it!
