I don't think The Heirs is a remake (but I know China remade it later on). But, imo, it definitely had quite a bit of inspiration from Boys Over Flowers. :D

que sera sera also has a kiss in it that's easily in my top ten all-time favorite kiss scenes also!

jealousy incarnate - I second this recc, ML starts off as a real pain in the butt.  I like his character arc in that drama, and the FL gave a really good performance.
