two people talking and falling in different timelines but reunite?

Are there any movies or dramas like "ditto 2000", where two people, separated by a time gap, fall in love by talking through some kind of scifi machinery  ( a phone or a radio or a tv that transcends reality) but reunite in the current timeline ??
so basically "the call" but romantic
