Mandarin drama without romance

Hello,

I am looking for a good drama.

But I am kind of tired with the drama where you have so much time of narration spent on characters chasing each other and flirting and ... all and all.

So any adult drama with more than 30 years old would be great.
With adult life.
Mystery, police, SF, comedy ...


... any interesting story would be appreciated

I rarely watch Taiwanese or Chinese dramas, so I might not be the best person to answer this, but Wave Makers and The World Between Us don't really have any romance (there's a subplot about long-term relationships; then again, it's relationship not romance--and it's not the main focus anyway), and neither do The Long Season and Twisted Strings. And I think the principal characters of these dramas are 30+ years old (although some are still in their twenties.)
