Something like it started with a kiss or playful kiss?

I'd like to see something in which the lead female is an ugly and stupid xD girl (so if she goes to school is better). But the male lead has to be her opposite...so it has to be handsome, intelligent but cold :) so something like it started with a kiss or playful kiss (which are based on the same stroy) what do you suggest me? It doesn't metter if is japanese, korean or taiwanese. Thanks! :)
