Does anyone know this movie?

Few years ago I watched korean (not sure about that..) movie on Arirang Tv. Genre: drama. There was girl with some kind of cancer and has nosebleedings. And sick old man who said "sunny flower" instead of "sunflower" and a woman always correct him. Does anyone possibly know the title? I would be grateful :)
