visual making organic engaging lively with more camera movements

Hi all

I am looking for a visually engaging more of free style kind approach in making drama. for example if a character is walking,the camera follows that character from behind or by side or from the front.

Hand held camera or steady cam kind of camera movements.. camera should move in order to get the dramatic effect. For those who know about french new wave I am talking about the same here.

Please recommend if you come across any.

  1. I don't know about this french new wave but "Into the Ring" has some really unique camera movement and overall different style than usual. Parasite that movie too. Some japanese dramas also have a really exaggerated/unusual style. The first few episodes of TKEM have really amazing camera movements and effects too! Hope this helped. I will add more when I remember.

I don't know about the French New Wave either but the first thing that came to mind was Cross Fire (some portions of it definitely have very engaging camera work).
