Sml's mother and fl's mother is from the same group/community. They meet through blind date (but actually they've known each other before. Sfl is ml's niece (edited). From the very start, sfl chasing sml like crazy and tries to change herself to be a better person with a goal for sml. Sfl is very cute.

Sml is ml's cousin, he, out of envy, chase sfl and make her fall in love but after knowing ml like fl, sml leave sfl and chase fl. Then sfl chase sml but when sml realise his feeling and tries to get sfl back, sfl put their relationship into a hold 'cause she feels she's becoming like her mother whose husband is a cheater like sml. It's quite an ambigous ending 'cause sml also get close to another female (fl's friend).

Sfl love ml in the past but now is chasing the emperor/soon-to-be-emperor (don't remember) and tries to ruin ml and fl's relationship by using sml. BE for them though

Yes there's death in Crash Landing on You (sml) and Prince of Lanling (the villain couple in which i use the terms sml and sfl). But both secondary couple are very interesting in my opinion. I hope you'll enjoy them.
