love confession strugles and comedy

Hai all

I am looking for a drama /movie/manga/anime..whatever it is.. its should be a comedy in first place..and it should have a scenerio where female/male trying to confess his/her love but everytime  it gets failed. 

A comedy surroudning an idea..where some one try to propose his or her love.
