Bugs on MDL App as it doesn't send reward coins after watching ads

The ads appear on the app, but it does not give the rewards (coins). The rewards equivalent does not reflect on the mdl app.

Facing the same problem. I can watch ads but in return I'm not getting coins for that. Refreshing doesn't help either.

There is an issue with the ad-server. I will disable it for now.

Let me tell you another problem. Hope you will fix that too. We have to click multiple times to watch a single ad. Sometimes it doesn't come out at all.

That is usually up to the ad provider, we don’t control that aspect or have the ability to do so. It just mean there are no ads available when you clicked it.

I tried again this morning, and the rewards are finally getting counted/rewarded after watching ads. Thank you.

Previously I could watch ads but the coins were not added on my account. But now ads aren't coming out for the past 2/3 days. Many are facing the same problem. Can you check if there is any issue regarding that?

Sadly, we don't control the ads, we will look for more providers and see if it can increase the fill.

Hello, I am having a problem with the reward coins. The ads are not showing up on my account most of the time. I can only get up to 40+ coin rewards and after that the ads will no longer become available. It has been almost a month since I have this problem.

This is all depend on your location and the ads availability
