If the service has original programming like that then, yes, it should be added as a network. This wasn't clear from the first post about MONOMAX and the link to it alone.

This "new channel/network" is for the original TV station or web platform (ie Viki, Netflix, ViuTV, TVING) that created&first released the work.

The original network is in the small box at the upper left corner of a drama page ie

You are wanting to add the place to watch a program, not the original network. For that, you need to fill out this form to request a STREAMING PROVIDER which is what those are (only request OFFICIAL, legal ones or it'll be ignored):

I hope you can add some channels and platforms below because sometimes they produce original dramas/movies that don't air anywhere else like Netflix. For example, TVING's original drama may not necessarily be broadcast on tvn. So if there are other options in channel settings then this is not confusing anymore because I saw some TVING original dramas is written to be broadcast on tvn and that's not necessarily true.
