[BUG] Formatting in forums is messed up

Something happened to the formatting in forums recently, it's messed up.

- when I click on a picture, I can't move it up or down
- when you insert a picture, and when you press enter to add text under it, that same picture is duplicated instead of allowing you to type or paste text.

That is weird, we have not make any update to the forums lately. 

Yeah and it's still there, I'm now working on an article... When I highlight a phrase it doesn't let me delete it or paste a new phrase, I have to use the back option...
