Error while editing reviews

Every time I edit my reviews, when I try to save it, it shows me information "something went wrong". Initially it only showed after I tried to save, and after refreshing the page the mld did not load, and the website showed up after another refresh. 

Now after I open review to edit I get the "something went wrong" message right away. 

After I make the changes and hit "save review", I get the same error. And after that, when I refresh mdl, I am logged off and sometimes it take quite a few refresh page clicks for me to be logged in again.
