I will try not to repeat stuff others already mentioned, but to me it is the first time that I watch Kim Go Eun and not feel the cringde and urge to turn everything off. I just came to a conclusion that it wasn't her acting that was irritating me but her previous characters xD.

Also, Min Ho got a role where he can be both boring and funny at moments. It isn't that bad at all, compared to what many have written throughout the pages and comments both here and sites where they stream the drama.

 So who intrigiued me most so far in a positive way : Do Hwan. I could watch Jo  Young and Eun Seop only for an entire episode  - for serious.  Also, I am totally stanning that old court lady, the girl in love with Do Hwan's characters in both worlds and Jangmi <3.

As I have written before somewhere, it is totally cool that they switched into filming parallel worlds of two Koreas - one that already exists and one that could have been (4th world economy and stuff, with Busan as a capital and pointing out that instead of North, it is wiser to keep an eye on Japan that had already violated their freedoms ages ago.) I honestly wanted to quit watching thinking that they will kick characters 500 years or smth into history and that historical scenes will be filmed in some sort of vilage between two houses and palace xD.

Also, it is apparent that they got sponsors. Except for regular product palcement they totally advertised Busan and Seoul.

Nevertheless I realise that I am hyped because of the fact that I started to watch when they aired 8th episode and I understand that it would totally be tiring to wait for plot twists from the episode one. So if anyone is having second thoughts, start watching it now or when they air 10th episode this weekend.

If this aint the truth idk what is lol

These past couple episodes really cleared up what I was confused on but that doesn't mean I like this drama fully. It's the way the story is being told that irks me. You have to go back and watch it again to pick up on things that you may have over-looked in the initial viewing and that to me means crappy writing.

I know , hahahaha xD  that's why I highly urge people to start watching this type of drama from episode 8 or 10 because things usually go slow for first 4  or smth episodes.

All hail to this episode 9.

  • Greatest funny scenes until now;
  • The story is way more interesting;
  • and tbh... we haven't valued this enough: LMH expressions! Since I literally saw all his dramas, I may say this is by far his best role in terms of expressions.

Now... Lim's goal is eternity? That man really has is insane!! I didn't expect that to be the reason, but still, I believe he'd want the throne anyway.

I'm more intrigated by that preview ;u; This episode  was really good, I was laughing the whole time and gasped at any serious scene lol (also thirsted over Do Hwan again...) but still, I believe episode 10 will blow our minds!

(Also, Prime Minister' husband was a whole sh*t lmao) I wonder why there were no repercussions for her? I mean, usually we see the husband and wife getting dragged but she has that position. And by their talk, it seems she snitched on him, kind of? Idk, I got a little confused by that.
But it was amazing seeing her having the upper hand with her lowlife ex-husband haha!
