Quite a few people have voiced how confusing it is to read the cnovel or watch the animated series and then watch the drama. One of the biggest reasons is because if you are watching the drama with English subs, the names of teams and aliases are different than that of the novel and animated series. The drama tends to use transliteration of names whereas the novel/animated series are pretty consistent with the translation of names. I've made a list of some of the differences.
