No, it's okay. Even WeTV mistranslated between 魔 Mo, which is Devil, and 妖 Yao, which is Demon in the latest episodes. It’s nobody’s fault when it comes to foreign language barriers.

Yes, I also liked the female lead from Love and Redemption and Liu Xue Yi (who was in that drama as well).

I'm so glad you guys are enjoying this discussion with spoilers. Now, our journey with ALP is about to end. My only worry is how they gonna wrap up everything just in last three episodes. People who read the novel including me know that a lot of things still left to happen yet. I am afraid the ending will be rush and somewhat unfinished.

But this is with almost every drama - the ending is rushed.

yes...really hope too...have seen and dropped many costume dramas this year cus of the hype but cant deliver... just.pure.hype..

imo this has become my yardstick for  future watching...it is just so good..

Yes. I left some this year. But, ALP won my heart. He became my favorite.

Agreed. This is now the standard for me. Xu Kai and Zhou Dong Yu are now the lead standards as well. They hit every mark with their characters. They raised the bar!!
