1. Romance? No  Happy ending? Yes  Bromance(brotherhood), friendship, etc.?  Yes  Cliff Hanger?  No  Complete story?  Kinda, season wrapped up nicely, future season(s) incoming.
2. Is there a 2nd season? Yes, 2nd season rumored to starting filming this month. October 2023
3. What is the Jiasheng Disorder?  Actually not fully revealed, you get some bits and pieces about it in the 1st season.

No, and even the Qi Apotheosis reveal still left a lot of mystery about what it is.
