VOTE: Dropped but re-picked up and loved dramas

This is a voting list for dramas that you have initially started then dropped, but eventually picked up after a period of time, and loving them so much.

Some people are late bloomers - they start slow or their talents are not visible to others, but shine later.

Likewise, dramas may start on wrong footing and dropped by viewers: (1) Slow start; (2) Confusing start; (3) Clueless plot; (4) Too many new characters introduced; (5) Many unfamiliar new faces; (6) Lousy acting etc. Yet some of these dramas could be hidden gems that eventually shine and turn out to be masterpieces as the confusing, complex plot unfolds and the pieces stitch together.

What are some of these dramas that you have started watching but dropped after a few episodes, and eventually picked up after a period of time, and ended up loving and raving about them?
