Former Childhood meeting trope..but none the less. A beautiful story of a CEO and his Secretary falling in love with a little unraveling of shared past traumas, a little steamy romance an adorable puppy dog eyes from the male lead. :) Also Secretary Kim's fashion. Yes!

Former ganster and his loveable gang take over an apartment complex to get hands on some hidden money but along the way, uncover crime, get involved in the local apartment politics and become heroes while also taking down one of the craziest CEO villians of Kdrama land.

Also the romance...very brief but oh so cute. :)

Ah.... the web novel of this drama is close to my heart. The novel goes into more detail of the office atmosphere and the projects our main lead undertakes.. but this drama is making the perfect companion to reading the novel. So far...no complaints! :)

If you are currently facing burnout, stress and trying to find a new path for your life...this drama is for you.

This is shameful..I am writing these comments a few months after watching the drama... and I can't remember much of anything beyond the secretary was always wearing a "red sweater." It was enjoyable drama but for me paled compared "What's wrong with Secretary Kim." That woman was an amazing secretary!

An intern at a Korean fashion company reunites with her childhood best friend and pen pal. However, her once unpopular childhood friend is now a handsome and successful editor at her fashion magazine!

This was one of my first kdramas to watch when getting into kdrama land and I rewatched several times. However, 100s of dramas down the road, I don't think I would enjoy this one as much with the toxic male lead and female given the "makeover" as the main plot line...but it is a good blast into kdrama past. It will make you appreciate the progress of the female heroines in our current dramas. :)

Girl power!

Almost bordering on the mundane...this slice of life office drama had some great quotes about working that inspired me at the time I was watching.

"A surgical resident is pulled into the webtoon world of W, which was created by her father, and becomes entangled in a murder mystery."

Ah...what can I even say about this drama. So many good points.. it made me want to be a webtoon artist even though I don't do art... /<_>/ But the blend of romance, fantasy and thriller was quite something with a plot twist that caught me completely off guard. Even on rewatch, this was still a good drama. I had fun. :)

Two passionate young people on their way to becoming news reporters,starting as "friends" but ending up in love along the way. Engaging blend of romance, family mystery, and a sharp critique of media ethics.

A sharp female lawyer with no filter teams with a public defender and a high-school student with special gifts to bring down a killer with a personal vendetta. This is a noona romance as well with the age gap being around 10 years.

Great chemistry of characters. Gritty detectives coming together to fight corruption and crime...up against the elite and powerful. Will they be able to solve a five year old murder conviction? :)
