BL/GL body-swap shows
The f/m swaps are only debatably gay.
When these swap male and female characters I don't think they're very successful, because then they're focused on 'oh no but it's gay now, what are the implications of that?' But when they swap two characters of the same gender these shows focus more on making their characters learn to live another person's life and understand them better, and that's in my opinion much more interesting. Though Century of Love and (to a lesser extent) First Love Again did the 'oh no but it's gay now'-thing really well with the reincarnation trope, so it's not impossible.
