2023 BL Series Watchlist

Aired January 2nd
This series is by a small production company called MLV Flim Production on Youtube. The production quality is poor, but the plot of the series is okay. I really enjoyed the first 2 episodes; the 3rd and the 4th episode was downhill from there.
Is it worth watching? Not really, you would not be missing out on anything if you don't watch. I could see where they were trying to go but it just was not good enough for me .

Not worth the watch. The acting is stiff, everyone looks like the same person I can't differentiate between the cast. It's boring and there is no passion.

I was hooked on this series because of the realistic storyline, production and cinematography.  The actors have really brought the story alive with dept and passion. This series exceptionally done, the cast, production, cinematography everything. I loved the realism of the story and the real struggles of real-life people they portrayed in this series. It told a story about navigating poverty, feeling undeserving of love, trying to keep a food business afloat while the big cooperation purchases the whole lot to build a mall, a passing of a loved one and finding one's true passion in life. I truly enjoyed this series. This is another one of my favorites. definitely recommend.

So, the thing that most people will gravitate to is the plentiful of passionate sex scenes in this series, but to me the show lacked substances. Although I love that one of the main characters had set clear boundaries which he sometimes wavier on, it was at least good that they incorporated that into the show. It's an okay watch in my opinion. Be mindful it does have some triggering concepts of SA, Rape, abusive parents and phobias.

 This series was a big ball of confusion with attractive men. Although the plot was a hot mess I still tuned in every week. This series had so much potential to be the next big thing, but I was a bit disappointed with the lack of plot development. They just gave me a terrible addiction with a horrible storyline, acting and handsome men. However, I still enjoyed it. In my opinion I don't recommend so watch at your own risk.

This is a simple series with not much plot development. It gives a warm and pleasant feeling while watching. Something like a home feeling with the rain falling outside and your covered up in a blanket with a snack or drink. For that reason I gave it 9 stars. lol ??

This series is simple, light, and hearty. I find it refreshing for me. The main leads are cute together. In my opinion there was not much chemistry between the characters, and it could be boring for some viewers. Nothing else to say.

 I love this series. The production was crystal clear, and the acting was smooth and natural. Although, at the beginning of the show I was put off a little by the bullying.  I would highly recommend this series to anyone. I enjoy the dynamic of the show. It's a rewatchable series. I rated this series so high because it had more, I like about the series than disliked, but my disliked are important and are ice breaker or whether someone would stick to the series or drop it. All in all, I loved the show.

Thia is an exceptional series. Beautiful visuals, amazing acting and the storyline has great pace. Love that they  gave us a look into the struggles of someone battling with their mental health while trying to navigate life of school, search for employment and their love life. I truly enjoyed the characters in this show and I would 1000% recommend.

This is considered to be a mature BL series. I rated it a 6 because I don't find the storyline to be all that interesting due to the way they presented the show from too much of a business perspective and I still don't really know what the company does per say. The character Pat can get a bit annoying for the viewers at times, but it's an okay series. For me the series was lacking a lot when it comes to the storyline and character development. I say it's a good series to pass time by when there is nothing else to watch and you watched all the BL that have aired but you don't want to rewatch.

 GMMTV did a great job at giving the viewers a meaningful series. The acting is phenomenal, the OST is great, and the cast did a wonderful job at bringing their characters to live.  I love how they incorporated time traveling and being so focus on changing the past that we forget to live in the now with the people that mean so much to us. Although it took me 6 episodes to really start enjoying this series, it is definitely worth the watch.

I liked the series; it was short and frustrating. the acting was really good and weirded me out at times with the lady in the cafe.  The ending was quite unnecessary, but the shows progression was good. I truly enjoyed each couple in the series.

This series is not worth watching. Terrible acting, sound effect and the storyline is nothing new and it's quite boring.  This is one of the worse BL's I have watched yet. It's cheesy and cringey. The character Dino is unlikable each episode.

This series was pleasant to watch for the most part. Both the main and the side couple in this series did not demonstrate a genuine interest in each other. With the main couple Ashi wanted someone to take care of him in his personal life and the second couple only had sex. They never had a proper conversation throughout most of the show. Pun is very childish, but at the same time I understand why. Did either couple actually fall in love with each other? I don't think so, but it is up to the viewers interpretation. All in all, it was enjoyable for some odd reason. I like it.

This series is not a BL per say but it's more of a Bromance.
This BL, Bromance is so amazing. Although I don't usually watch Bromance, I went into it with no expectations and came out of it with a new fond appreciation. It more than what it seems, to me it's about love, grief, family, struggles. Not just love but love with acceptances and truth. So much meaning and lessons we can learn from this series. Two different worlds combine. Truly, truly a phenomenal series, it is definitely worth the watch.

For the most part this series was good, I really enjoyed the second couple. There are room for a lot of improvements such as the acting at times, the graphics and the loud music. It has a lot of soap opera influence. I did like the characters Charn and Tinn as well the chemistry was just enough.

Another one of the best series drama by GMMTV. I don' t have much to say, but you should definitely watch for yourself because it is 100000% worth it. I love every moment of it, and I would change a thing.

Wow where to even start, this an okay show. The acting was mid, the storyline was cringey and uneventful, but I still enjoyed the show only because I support MaxNat. It could have been better in so many ways, but the ending was really cute. The NC scene did not give what I thought it would give, I wanted to feel a not in my stomach while watching and I did not get that. It's cool though.

 A Beautiful show. Amazing chemistry, visuals, lighting and the storyline is truly magical.  I love that it's cute but also tells real life struggles of a person who has just become disabled and the adjustment they have to go through. Plus, it shows us how the people in your life treat you as they are also adjusting. I love this series and would 100% recommend, it's sweet and serious.  Another excellent show of 2023 

Important To Note:  Although this is a great series, that has set expectations high. I would like to inform you that the ending is beautifully disappointing.

This is a whole mess and I have no reason as to why I am still watching it. The sex scene is awkward and cringey, the plot is also nonexistence, the series is awkwardly interesting and at the same time the sex scenes are funny when I know they were meant to be sexy. The acting is subpar, and I don't feel the chemistry between the character they are selling to be together. Many I'm missing something. I'm watching because I am almost at the end, but boy I will never recommend this show to anyone. However, if you like shows with a lot of pointless sex and little plot then this is the right show for you. I love the couple Phop and Nuth for which their ending made me sad. I stayed from them although they were hardly shown in the series but they chemistry was drawing me in.

I'm obsessed with this series and the character that are in it.  Charlie has so much rizz it's crazy. Pit Babe is such a power man bottom, Alan is giving big daddy and Jeff is giving baby girl.  Way gets on my last nerves and the rest of characters is invisible to me. Although I love this show the last episode was disappointing and I was completely over it 3 minutes in. Now I will have to read the novel because the series did not full me.
