completely surprised me. the crime and prison storyline kept me hooked the whole time, and the tension never really let up. Claire and Bell had great chemistry, but Kae honestly stole the show for me because she was such an interesting character. few things felt rushed since it was only 8 episodes.

cute fantasy GL with a surprisingly engaging story. despite having episodes that are only a few minutes long, the drama does a great job developing both the sweet romance between Jiang Zhao Tun and A-Ze and the mystery surrounding Changshui Village. the chemistry between the leads is charming, the CGI is better than expected for a low-budget production, and the series balances emotional moments with lighthearted humor. short but enjoyable, and definitely worth a watch for fans of fantasy sapphic romances.

i went into this mostly for han so hee, and honestly she was the main reason i stuck around. both leads did a great job with what they were given, but the story felt way too messy and hard to follow. it seemed more interested in being artistic and symbolic than actually telling a clear, engaging story. such a shame because the cast deserved something much better.

unknown ended up being one of my favorite taiwanese bls. the chemistry between the leads was amazing, and i loved how natural and emotional their relationship felt as it developed. the acting was strong, especially during the more emotional scenes, and the story had a lot of heart. my only complaint is that some parts felt a little slow, and i wish a few side characters had gotten more development. overall, it was a beautiful, well-acted drama that left a lasting impression on me.

friendly rivalry was such a fun watch and honestly one of the most unique school thrillers i've seen in a while. the chemistry between the two leads was incredible, and lee hyeri absolutely carried every scene she was in. i loved the dark atmosphere, the tension, and how obsessed i became with figuring out everyone's secrets. my only complaint is that the plot got a little messy near the end, and some storylines felt rushed or underexplained. even with those flaws, it kept me hooked from start to finish and i'd definitely recommend it to anyone who likes psychological dramas.

salmokji has an interesting premise and some genuinely effective scares, especially in the lake scenes. the folklore and real-life inspiration behind the story kept me intrigued, and the atmo-sphere does a good job of holding your attention. however, the characters aren't developed e-nough for me to stay invested, and too much is left unexplained by the end. it's a decent horror movie if you're looking for creepy moments, but don't expect a deeply satisfying story.
