Iffy Reccs for Renae
Iffiness is identified in the notes. Still, great dramas (some of my faves) just recommend reading the plot description and other reviews.

1. It's Okay to Not Be Okay
Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes
Some spice and adult language. This drama is a top 5 for me tho. I love the female lead, she's super strong and the actress is amazing. I also love the male lead. The supporting male actor got accolades for his portrayal of an autistic character. The drama focuses on discussing mental health and I found it compelling since that's often overlooked in Kdramas.

2. Love Me If You Dare
Chinese Drama - 2015, 24 episodes
May be too much violence. More like Bones-esque. I loooooved this drama. All time fave Chinese drama.

3. Rain or Shine
Korean Drama - 2017, 16 episodes
A little angsty but one of my favorite dramas. I felt the characters were complex and while the plot seems a little dramatic I found out that their trauma incident is actually fairly common in Korea and was prevalent in the past during Koreas economic and social boom.

4. Something about 1 Percent
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
Some spice

5. Come and Hug Me
Korean Drama - 2018, 32 episodes
Read description- some violence. Really liked it- very dramatic.
-
6. Pinocchio
Korean Drama - 2014, 20 episodes
Maybe violence- I can't remember this drama well which makes me think it wasn't amazing

7. The Secret Life of My Secretary
Korean Drama - 2019, 32 episodes
I honestly didn't remember I had seen this until I watched the trailer which is the only reason it's iffy. Strong female lead, pretty interesting plot and cute story. I thiiink there's a love triangle?
