Feb 20. I don't know if this really belongs here, but what the hell, I'll add it. No gay romance involved, that I know of, but then again, I don't know much of anything about it. A show focusing on the perspectives of three actual gay guys fits loosely enough for me to include it for those seeking out anything with gay men.

Mar 6. I had mixed feelings about the overall production value, but it does have a legit gay couple in a side story, so it still fits this list. As for Khata and Dome, the main characters, I'm not sure how to feel about the fact that they are 10000% romantically coded. I've never seen this level of queer baiting in my life. The way they touch each other, protect each other, hold each other, confess to each other... References to "his special person" and all of the sacrifices they make for each other. I know intense platonic love exists, but if this were a female character there would be NO way anyone would think they were only friends. So that rubs me the wrong way a bit, because I wasn't expecting the "slashy" elements to be so overt and over-the-top, which makes it feel more like baiting and less like "bromance." It makes me feel like they're trying to have their cake and eat it too. If they do have their second season, I guess we'll see, and to be fair nothing has happened or been said to suggest Dome and Khata AREN'T romantically linked, so I suppose they can coast by on that ambiguity.

This show has me torn for many reasons. The weak writing in the middle episodes especially only further shines a spotlight on whatever they were trying to do with the main characters. It just feels a little shady, given the history of this sort of thing in media. I didn't expect this from a company like GMMTV.

Jun 24. After a long period without updates or any verification on what was happening with it, the production company FINALLY commented about it coming soon. Over a year after it was supposed to air, it finally has. However, it looks like the gritty, dramatic plot was tossed out. I'm getting generic romcom vibes now. Not sure what happened there.

Jun 25. This is just the all-encompassing page for the anthology that includes Dinosaur Love, so though it says it hasn't started airing, it has. Dinosaur Love is the first of four shows under this collection. However, there's a chance the remaining shows for the series will never air, as the company seems to have withdrawn all promotion following the failure of Dinosaur Love.

Jul 7. This is advertised as a BL, but it's from China, which doesn't even allow innuendo. The original version of this show was banned by China before it could continue. However, GaGaOOLaLa picked it up, and they typically don't feature friendship-only stories. It's usually only directly gay content. I'm really not sure what to think, and I haven't found any confirmation one way or another. I will remove it from the list if it is indeed "bromance" or whatever you want to call it.
