Must Watch Chinese Dramas

A refreshing drama including a smart yet soft FL and a sweet yet attentive ML. It's a typical love story but I found it new how ML chased after FL in the most discreet and sweetest way. If you're feeling down then I recommend this since it really makes one smile.

I loved how the ML was not your typical main lead at all but instead, he was very very dopey yet charismatic. The FL plays the boss who is also pregnant which is very admirable and she is portrayed as a strong-willed person. But I will warn you by saying that if you watch this: Prepare some tissues cause some scenes really made me cry actual tears which is not something I do.

An amazingly pure drama about a girl's one-sided crush on her class fellow. She's a very calm and simple character who starts getting involved in her crush's life once she enters university. The interactions are sweet and I'm sure if you're looking for a university drama, this is perfect for you so give it a chance. Another must watch.

Sort of cliched and overused but it was a good watch. ML and FL used to know each other in middle school and the guy liked her but there was a misunderstanding because of which they stopped being friends. They meet again years later and get into a contract marriage. Your typical cliche plot yet if you like this sort of trope do watch it because it was decent. Not rewatchable but not a waste of time.

Sweet, light, and romantic. It revolves around ice-skating and ice-hockey but it is one the best in the genre. Aside from the fact that Darren Chen is a cutie, the drama is very basic but lovable. If you like sports dramas or you like Darren Chen like me, then you must watch this.

Another drama revolving around ice-sports and it's pretty simple but it does put you in the feels. The ML  and FL knew each other when younger and they meet again in university where the ML has his revenge and makes the FL follow his commands. The FL is the quirky type that I don't exactly like but don't even dislike. It's a pretty good drama revolving around sports and it has sweet moments so watch it if you need a laugh.

If you like the Wuxia type of dramas then you just have to WATCH this. The FL annoyed me to deep ends and I truly detested her but the ML is the reason I watched it. It's not exactly very light because it involves some deep thinking but overall I only watched it because of Xu Kai and if you like him then do watch it. Side characters are a lot more lovable than the FL and I adored everyone, except the FL. (Sorry I'm ranting so much XD)

It a time travel story in which ML goes back in time. A very sweet and cute story set in a high school time period and I loved it. It was my first time watching a drama of both ML and FL and they didn't disappoint. It's pretty light and cute and must watch if you're into cute and sweet ML's who chase after the girl in the cutest way. 

A remake of a very popular Taiwanese drama that was adapted into a K-Drama as well. This one is sweeter and lighter than the Korean version which is why I watched this. The FL and ML are both one of my favorites and did very well. It involves a lot of things that could make one angry though so be prepared.

Pretty simple and a nice watch. If you want a good laugh then do watch this because it contains a lot of goofy moments. It's a bit boring sometime in the middle but if you want a simple yet funny drama then look no further.

A very sweet and love-dovey show that stars my ultimate favorite Bai Lu and my third favorite Xing Zhao Lin. If you are a fan of either of them then you HAVE to watch this! It's revolving around a girl's first love and it's a cliched story but it has a lot of sweet moments to make your heart flutter and want someone like him. XD

Another Bai Lu masterpiece. The starting and middle were amazing but somewhere between the last 4 episodes things went down and it just got a bit confusing. It's another funny and sweet drama in which leads exchange bodies. Loved it except the ending might be a bit confusing so be warned. 

I mainly loved it cause of the playful and childish ML and I don't remember it much since I watched it last year but it's set in a business area. I'm the type who loves business romances so if you do too then do watch it. ML's childish behavior brought an extra spazz to the drama which I loved and guess I'm saying watch it if it's your type.

A drama that involves teenagers set in the 1970s or '80s. I'm not sure of the timeline but it's a very good feel's drama and most of the cast were teenagers themselves when they stared in it. There is some deep thinking involved but once you start it, you'll get captured, I sure did. I also fell in love with Karry Wang because of it. (I might even have pictures of him in my diary and maybe stalked him online XD. Once I like someone, I obsess.)

A very lighthearted sweet drama that was also about fateful meeting and destiny, sort of. I am a sucker for the fateful meetings and destined moments so this drama really struck a chord for me. The acting was very nice and the cast was perfect. Loved the sweet moments between the two and if you want a nice soft drama to pass time then look no further. XD
