This is a very average drama to me - average acting, romance, gangster plot. I wish the younger ML is a college student instead of a high schooler. It's nice to see many HISTORY alums guest starred and the kisses are not bad. I don't have much to say. It's short and easy to binge.

I have a pretty easy and decent time watching this. The story is predictable but the acting is actually better than I expected. Bright/"Thyme" is better than when I saw him in "Good Old Days" but there are scenes he's not quite there. Tu/"Gorya" acts pretty well as the female lead but damn, she yells too much and cries too much. The four guys are attractive enough. Did anyone find Dew/"Ren" look like Wang Yi Bo? We have the usual Thai plotholes and inconsistencies but nothing to egregious. I do love all the songs in the OST and we have two Miss Thailand Universe in this drama!

I wasn't a big fan of the characters in the first season so I knew coming into this that Hira's personality won't change.  I might be half-watching and half-sleeping last night, but Season 2 really didn't offer anything different.  In terms of the plot, nothing much seems to happen.  Unfortunately, this season doesn't do it for me at all.   Well, Kiyoi is still a beautiful man.  LOL

I didn't think I have watched that many Thai BLs, yet I recognize all the actors here.  Either most of the BLs I watched are GMMTV ones or I just watched the right ones - A Tale of Thousand Stars + Eclipse + My School President.  A few quick thoughts instead of a full review:
1. I like the general plot, even for the main romance.  But the pacing is slow.  Plot is quite predictable.
2. The drama started out with a bang, literally, a sexy scene. in ep 1.  And of course, I wanted more.  So I waited.. and waited...and waited.. and waited.......
3. Li Meng + Heart are cute, but not quite my cup of tea.
4. Earth is no doubt handsome with a hot body.  Love his tan and chiseled features, but his acting is just so-so.
5. Fourth is probably the one that impresses me most with his acting.  I was very fond of him in "My School President".
6. The camera stops at each actor's face for a few seconds too long.

Not going to write a review for this one. Let's just say the male lead is kinda cute when he is NOT faking/exaggerating his cuteness. He actually looks best when he's just a normal dude. The drama is a little cringey, a little sweet, a little annoying, and a little touching. But overall, I did have a pretty good time and it's very bingeable. Not one of the best out there, but at least it's enjoyable.

Quick Thoughts:
1. I like the breaking-out-of-the shell initial episodes of the FL.
2. Romance is slow burn, cute and sweet in the first half of the drama.
3. I got bored with the second half.  Things are moving very slowly and I was frustrated with the leads.
4. Not enough happened to drag this for 12 episodes, even if they are only about 30 mins long.
5. I do like the setting in a rural town and not in a big city.
6. I do find it interesting that there's a teacher popping up here and there and give out pretty good advice in an immature fashion.
7. Love the friendship between the 3 girls.
8. ML is the only one who looks like a high schooler.
9. The two minor romances aren't that great.
10. I do think Chinese high school slice-of-life dramas are the best.  Japanese are better with those with unique storylines.

I am not sure how to write a review of this drama.  It's one of the rare dramas that the characters are so flawed and somewhat unlikeable to me that I wish in the end, everyone ends up single.  This is esp rare coz I usually root for one of the male leads, but I don't like either one of them.  You can say this is a mature drama with complicated feelings and are realistic.  It did surprise me about the 3-way confrontation of feelings.  I haven't seen such outburst before in a drama.  It's also a nice concept to use gardening/landscaping industry as the backdrop.  It's hard to put into words whether I like or dislike this drama.  It covers some important issues but deep down.....it didn't move me.  But I also couldn't say it's a bad drama?
