If your taste in romance is anywhere similar to mine, this will be the best show you would have ever seen. A romance that is way way way more romantic than millions of other fully romance focused and filled with intimate scenes dramas/shows/films. No romantic piece of entertainment has made me feel the way this non romance focused beauty did. Once in a lifetime kind of drama. 

Edit: Still stands strong even years later in 2026. Truly once in a lifetime show for me. They made this, and then never made a romantic pair this good ever again. It's that 'you won't ever get it the way I do' kind of show for me.

This one has high enjoyment value. This show had all things that I did not like, a naive FL, a know-it-all loved-by-all ML, a SML that for no logical reason likes the naive girl that much, a SFL that is 2 dimensional and her only reason to exist is to be with the ML and harming all ladies and peeps that stand in her way, a sappy and 'just there to extend episode count' secondary couple that had 0 chemistry, and the heavy angst resulting in misunderstandings that would be solved all if characters sat and talked. Oh and I forgot, the production quality is bad and the story feels fake and plasticy.

Then why is it not pissing me off? I actually liked it instead. The naive FL is acted well enough by the FL, the ML is kind of pitiful, the SML's story is kind of interesting and I can see why he chose the path he did (even tho I find the whole show just childish and more like a teen romance novel) and the SFL is hot. It was fun to see characters going berserk and doing their typical of teen romance novels' evil stuff. It was fun to see the angst playing out and also very fun to see that comedy. I can't say good stuff about Liu Ying and Mu Ci as they were boring af, but they gave my eyes a break with the demon realms' better visuals compared to overly lit heavenly realm.

Seriously tho, the overall prop and set quality is just poor, but especially in heavenly realm, the door was so obviously a badly made prop that it seemed like one gentle push and it would fall off. The overall set design of heavenly realm was more bad than that of anywhere else, and when Jin Mi said 'why do people fancy this place, the Flower realm looks better' I so agreed with her, as floral realm had overall better sets and cgi. However, the visuals and locations accompanying the SML were quite good looking. Overall production quality was bad, but nowhere near as bad as the vomit inducing visuals of Wei Young and Princess Agents.
