In 2020 when i watched "Shine Super Brothers S1" i could not understand any mandarin and the show is not subbed on Youtube. But his talent and charisma catched my eye. I discovered the mandopopband MIC and when i watched "Under the skin" 2022 when it aired and realized it was him he became my favourite artist overall. Him performing on stage "Solo concert Tour: My Story Your Love" (2024/25), award shows, on "Hello saturday" or  in his various TV series makes me happy. I hope he will be able to to what he loves for a long time.  I will be cheering for him.

First drama i watched starring Wang Duo was "Fangs of fortune". This drama alone had eyecather after eyecather, but dispite the cast being all visuals his husky voice and his expression just acting a guest role as Zhuo Yi Chens brother made me want to look him up. I have a soft spot for husky voices. So i watched "The blossoming Love" for him and put a lot auf his dramas/films on my watchlist. Trying to catch up. Him being cast as Nan Xu Yue | Tian Mìng Shu | Destiny  in TBL has been just a perfect choice. I know unpopular opinion: For me his character carried the whole show. Everytime his dark, pityful, disarmingly honest, wise and sheming character entered the screen was a highlight for me. Dont get me wrong i enjoyed the couple of XXC and MXL the first 2/3  of the show reverse flirting but it somehow got lost in the last 1/3. So i enjoyed the character deterioration of NXY the most. A punished, crippled artefact forced to reincarnate looking for his "other half" in the mortal world; seeking for "al little affection" while being unable to love just driven by obsession, watching him act made me feel his pain. 

He is on the best way to become my No. 2. I am looking forward to see him in all his tragic roles. But please directors give him more main roles. I need to see more...

First Bai Lu drama i watched was "Till the end of the moon". To me this Xianxia is perfection. I am a loyal supporter  and educator of the "Bai Lu effect", a phenomenon that is characterized as follows: " Its that every actor who gets casted as main lead next to Bai Lu gets more attractive because of the chemestry she can create with her costars. The skinship, the bickering  and the kissing feel so real. But mostly the kissing (TteotM/ SotkP) gives you the feeling u are watching something forbidden and  intruding privacy. ;)
That makes everyone even more attractive even though they are already handsome and good actors."

Everytime i watch her i feel refreshed witnessing her playfulness. Cant await her next drama. Still hoping for a Wang Duo or Tan Jian Ci collab. When?

Discovered him first in Moonlight Mistique and started watching his other dramas afterwards. What can I say. The Bai Lu effect and demon lord magic worked on me. I got hooked. Despite him being obviously handsome, his eye expressions while acting are very expressive. ok lets be honest. I just stare.... :D

First drama i watched with Sun Zhen Ni was "Till the end of the moon". I like the presence she is able to create while acting in character. In both TTEOFM and TBL she got casted as an emotional, impulsive, flirty and smart demon. I personally prefer strong female leads (fighter) over weak/cute/quiet ones  so i enjoyed her in both dramas. I would like to see her as a villian or antiheroine in the future.

I first got to know Chen Zhe Yuan through the variaty show "Youth Periplous S4" where he interacted a lot with Seventeens The8. Clips of them where all over the Internet. When the show ended "Hidden Love" started to air  and since i knew him i got curious even though my main focus is on costume dramas .  His acting as Duan Jia Xu felt so genuine and natural that I had a serious chrush on the charakter. Like anyone else at that time. :D 

Still cant believe that  he filmed the "cencored adaption" of "Sha Po Lang" 杀破狼  with Tan Jian Ci as his love interest and i will never be able to see it. What a waste.  :(

Please, please give hime a main lead a1 tier historical costume drama role. I am begging you. Let him be demon lord once :D His visuals and acting were killing it in "Fangs of furtune" and "moonlight mystique". The makeup artists deserves a raise. Let him shine, he will deliver. I know he is still young.  I am rooting for him that he will make it. whoop whoop...
