Riki Mauss, known by the stage name Maki, is a Japanese-German singer, dancer and maknae of &TEAM (エンティーム / 앤팀). The group is made up of the final 9 contestants of the audition program "&Audition - The Howling" and is managed by YX Labels (formerly known as HYBE Labels Japan). His mother is Japanese, and his father is German, so he speaks both languages fluently and also has decent English skills. He has taken vocal lessons since 3rd grade and appeared in several musicals, such as "Bracken Moor" in 2019 under the stage name Hirota Riki.

In 2022, he was selected as a member of &TEAM and officially debuted on December 7th, 2022, with the mini album “First Howling: ME“. On October 28, 2025, they made their debut in South Korea with the mini album "Back to Life", which led them towards the beginning of their overseas success, with their title track of the same name earning them a triple crown after achieving first place on music shows "The Show", "Show Champion" and "Music Bank" back-to-back.
